WHO WE ARE 

NOFISOL, established in April 2006 . NOFISOL stands for NOISE FIRE SOLUTIONS

The core of NOFISOL was formed by the pair Marco van Vliet & Aad Engelbracht, both with more than 25 years of experience. Both started their careers at Asbipro Prefab BV in the nineties. After the takeover of Asbipro Prefab BV in 2000 by Isover Saint Gobain, both were transferred in 2004 and 2005 respectively to Asbipro International BV. In 2006, Nofisol Europe BV was established and, after taking over the activities of Asbipro International BV as an independent company, grew into a renowned name domestically and abroad

 

SOUND OF SILENCE

Good room acoustics need to be included in the planning phase. Modern interior design and the materials used, such as brick, concrete or glass are reflective materials. These surfaces reflect sound and have low absorption. They produce long reverberation times and result in bad sound insulation.

However, good room acoustics are essential for creating a pleasant and calm environment. By combining our sound-absorbing NOFISOL® Seal or NOFISOL® Black solutions with our NOFISOL® Sound Barriers, the acoustic climate can be improved enormously. Concentrated work at the workplace, discussions during a meeting or privacy at sensitive meetings may be undertaken at a normal volume.

Not only do you want the acoustic climate on your premises to be at the correct level, but also that the air quality is optimum. That is why all NOFISOL® products have been tested by CSTB France for VOC emissions and are classified by CSTB as A+ or A

 

HONESTY IN SUSTAINABILITY

Sustainability is currently an important decisive criterion for customers and that is why NOFISOL® products are Cradle to Cradle CertifiedTM at SILVER level. With the Cradle to Cradle system, you can compare products more honestly with each other and make the correct choice. Empty slogans such as Socially-Responsible Company, embraces sustainability and working sustainably are a thing of the past. Sustainability is measurable normally, just like acoustics, fire behaviour and VOC emissions can be measured

We at NOFISOL® want to be measurable and decisive, even in the area of sustainability, just as our technical services are measurable and decisive, which is why we made the voluntary choice in 2016 to go for Cradle to Cradle Certification at Silver level.

We would like to see fellow entrepreneurs signing up to measurable sustainability. That is why NOFISOL® has been a member of the C2C Building Group since 2017, to contribute with fellow companies and design offices further to the Cradle to Cradle philosophy. The significance of Cradle to Cradle certified products is also recognised by BREEAM. BREEAM assigns points to Cradle to Cradle certified products, independently of the certification level and the underlying scores in the various categories.
